The Authority has a requirement for an online consultation platform that assists with triaging in primary healthcare in the firm base. The solution shall allow the patient to access primary healthcare via a digital platform in the first instance, recording their symptoms and relevant history. Details of the condition will then be submitted to their registered medical centre, to enable triaging to the most appropriate form of care. The specific requirement is for the roll-out of the platform across all DPHC Medical Centres' to cover the whole population at risk. The Authority requires licenses to cover the 2-year contract period.
