Tender description
This procurement is a supplies contract for the delivery of headlights, light tables, smoke machines, various cables, lighting stands, stage elements, dance mats, and other stage equipment for two different cultural halls in the new Åsane Arts Centre. The tenderer must deliver, assemble, function test, give basic training, and submit all documentation/MOM for the entire delivery. See the contracting authority's requirements specification in Part 2 Annex 1 for further details. The price in the contest is given. Tenderers must, therefore, compete on offering the best possible 'package' as regards quality and amount based on the set minimum requirements.
