Tender description
Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery & installation of a Preparative Liquid Chromatography (PLC) for the Institute of Technology Tralee (IT Tralee). The required PLC system will be used for fast analysis and purification of proteins, peptides, antibodies, carbohydrates and nucleic acids from microgram to tens of gram levels of target product. This system will support a wide range of chromatography techniques and meet the automation requirements needed in both routine analytical separations and large scale preparative purifications. The PLC system would consist of the PLC instrument, fraction collector, multi-wavelength monochromator-based UV-Vis monitor, its software/workstation and a PC system (computer, monitor and keyword). Finally, it will be a configurable system and could be upgraded at any time to further increase its capabilities depending on IT Tralee’s purification needs.
