This agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ('SLA' or 'Agreement') between Ingenica Solutions Limited ('Ingenica') and North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust ('NEAS') for the provision of an inventory management solution. Consulting, training, and implementation services, support required to implement successfully, second-line support and maintenance for the inventory management system ('IMS') as proposed in the Ingenica Solution Proposal 403 dated 2nd March 2020 and as called off in the Order Form from the G Cloud 11 National Framework Ref 4425-2415. First years cost is £102755 years 2 to 5 approx £19k pa This agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by the primary stakeholders.
