Tender description

In order to ensure that its properties are maintained effectively and to a high standard, CAFRE, Forest Service and Inland Fisheries are seeking tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of a grounds maintenance service. The contracts will include the maintenance of all grounds in the care of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Provision for delivery of the service will be through five contract lots, one for each of the following: Lot 1: CAFRE — Enniskillen; Lot 2: CAFRE — Loughry; Lot 3: CAFRE — Greenmount Campus and Farm, Abbey Farm and Hill Farm; Lot 4: Forest Service — Castlewellan, Tollymore, Hillsborough, Rostrevor, Belvoir, Glenarriff, Ely Lodge, Florencecourt, Kesh and a Call-off for all Other Forest Service Sites, if and when Required; Lot 5: Inland Fisheries — Public Angling Estate.
