Independence at home flexible framework Note: the flexible framework is a pseudo framework/DPS which has been established under the light touch regime. It is a framework that will be re-opened periodically to accept new applications. The flexible framework is being established by Bath and North East Somerset Council in order to secure packages for both Council-funded and health-funded (BANES Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)) packages of care. The Council and CCG employ an integrated commissioning function. Note: the flexible framework is a pseudo framework/DPS which has been established under the light touch regime. It is a framework that will be re-opened periodically to accept new applications.
