Tender description

A World Class Data Infrastructure (WCDI) is a core fundamental component of the Data Driven Innovation (DDI) Programme that forms an integral part of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Deal investment proposition. The scope of works for the WCDI comprises a new high resilience computer room and associated plant areas to house and support the computer equipment. The University has appointed a supplier to provide the electricity power supply connection for the high resilience computer room located at the Advanced Computer Facility (ACF). The power supply will be provided via the SPEN Kaimes primary station.
