Tender description
MoJ Apprenticeships team has identified a gap in the current apprenticeship offer. Senior leadership capability is a key priority for the department and there is currently no apprenticeship on offer to fill this learning gap. High attrition rates at Grades 6/7 and above, particularly in London, are impacting on business productivity and corporate memory and knowledge. Offering a level 7 masters in leadership and management will not only help retain our most talented individuals, it will also help to attract staff to the department where they can see a structured leadership career path and a willingness to invest in personal learning. Offering masters level apprenticeships will also enhance the MoJ Social Mobility strategy by allowing employees who did not attend university to gain higher level qualifications whilst in the workplace. This opens the door for staff who have joined at more junior levels to climb the career ladder, therefore helping the department to retain and nurture i MoJ Apprenticeships team has identified a gap in the current apprenticeship offer.
