Tender description

The Service will include monitoring, facilitating and supporting collaborative working amongst local care groups in line with Croydon’s preventative agenda. As well as helping organisations to explore and implement new or different service delivery models. As part of the overall service, the provider will also support the facilitation of community involvement, engagement and participation of all adults including service users and be a representative body for them and the local care groups.
