Gateshead Council (the Council)’s Financial and Performance Management function delivers professional services to its Clients on a time spent, fee recovery basis. Financial and Performance Management have a range of internal and external Clients including other Council Groups and Services and third-party organisations. The Council therefore requires an electronic office costing and time recording solution to enable its Financial and Performance Management function to recover costs from its Clients for professional service commissions. As part of the procurement process, the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.
