Fusion21 is developing a new framework for the supply of materials to Fusion21 Members across the public sector. The objective of this framework is to deliver a best practice material supply offer for Fusion21 Members for the next 4 years. Fusion21 is seeking to engage with the supply market to understand suppliers views on the potential for a new materials offer, ensuring it will be reflective of the best practice capabilities that exist with suppliers in this market. This would include, but not be limited to products including timber, boards, roofing, insulation, brick and block, paving, landscape materials and drainage, cement and plaster, carpentry and woodwork, tool purchase (all hardware), kitchens and bathrooms, alarms (smoke/heat/carbon monoxide); ironmongery and any other general building materials. The scope of this lot includes the supply and, where required, delivery of electrical products and associated services for planned, new build, responsive repair and compliance works. This would include, but not be limited to; cable and wiring, lighting fixtures and fittings, fire and heat detection alarms, circuit protection, ventilation products, electrical accessories, adherence to WEEE regulations. The scope of this lot provides the opportunity to access the supply and delivery of plumbing and heating products and associated services for; new build, planned and responsive repair works — Including, but not limited to, commercial and domestic heating and plumbing systems and spares, communal heating systems, brassware, showering, consumables and associated accessories, Also access to the supply and delivery of gas heating spares and associated services for domestic boilers and fires. The scope of this lot provides opportunity to access a bespoke designed supply and service for both planned and reactive works and maintenance. This would include the supply of a broad range of products, including, but not limited to; plumbing and heating products; building materials; electrical items; gas spares; tool purchase; any other associated services and requirements within the scope of the framework (across all lots). The location of the store may be on the Members own premises, a dedicated facility or via a dedicated section of the suppliers trade store. The scope of this lot includes the provision of local bespoke supply and service requirements for both planned and reactive maintenance through Independent merchants who are Members of an awarded national association or body – to include the supply of a broad range of products, including, but not limited to, plumbing and heating products, building materials, electrical; giving members the opportunity to reinvest their funds in local businesses and independent traders where desired. This can be structured by geographic region or on national basis dependent upon the specific requirement. The scope of this lot provides the supply and, where required, delivery of all grades of roofing materials & associated services required to increase the lifespan of resident homes for planned, new build and maintenance works as well as non-residential properties. Products should include but are not limited to; slates, felts, sheets, tiles, accessories and fixings – flat and pitched roofs. Provides the supply and delivery of cabinets, units and associated shelving, doors and drawers of all materials, supplied either flat pack or pre-assembled (rigid), manufactured for primary application in a domestic kitchen environment. Kitchen worktops — fabricated primarily for installation in domestic kitchen applications, of all materials including, but not limited to, stone/granite etc., solid surface (e.g. Corian) etc., wood and laminates. Sinks and associated brassware for use in domestic kitchens, including all materials – stainless steel, ceramic, composite etc., of all sizes, 1 bowl, 1.5 bowl, 2 bowl etc. Pillar taps, mixer taps, combination taps (i.e. with integral shower/water filter etc.) are also included. And associated services required to increase the lifespan of the properties for planned, new build and maintenance works. The scope of this lot provides for the supply and delivery of all bathrooms and other fixtures and fittings and associated services required for planned, new build and maintenance works. Products should include but are not limited to; sinks, bath and sanitary ware, shower units, cabinets, brassware. The scope of this lot includes the supply and delivery of: A. of PVC-u (and other plastic composites) windows and doors; B. of Aluminium (and other metals) windows and doors; C. of timber (incl. modified timber) windows and doors; D. of specialist external door sets (fire doors/flood doors). Window suppliers to conduct surveys on behalf of the members if required. The scope of this lot provides for the supply and delivery of adapted bathrooms and other fixtures and fittings and associated services required to increase the lifespan of properties for planned, new build and maintenance works. Products should include but are not limited to, wet rooms, shower trays, adapted showers, brassware, mobility support, general disabled adaptations.
