Car servicing and maintenance of Brothers of Charity Services fleet - this is a DPS tender qualification.

Tender description

Brothers of Charity Services Ireland provides a vital service to adults with special needs throughout Ireland and operate in the following regions - Clare region, Galway region, Limerick region, Roscommon region, South East region and Southern region. A component part of this service involves transport of service users to and from various locations which necessitates the maintenance of a large fleet of vehicles. The organisation has a fleet of approximately 650 vehicles distributed across the regions listed. Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is now running a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) eTender for the routine servicing and maintenance of the fleet of vehicles. We expect this tender to be of interest to garages and repair services in all of the foregoing regions and we also expect the business may be allocated across a number of suppliers. This is a 2 stage process involving set up of an initial panel of potential suppliers following which tenders will be issued to those qualified suppliers. If you would like to be considered as part of the initial panel, please respond with the following: • Your confirmation that your Tax clearance details are in order (evidence of this may be required later) • Your confirmation that your annual turnover is €75,000 per annum or more (evidence of this may be required later) • Completion of the ESPD form as required in the online return of this tender response While you may apply to join the panel at any time during the duration of the tender, it is planned to issue tenders to those on the panel in May 2020.
