Tender description

Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an ‘as and when’ basis during periods of peak workload. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of responsive repairs, void repairs, capital works, gas and electrical works and commercial properties in line with the provided specifications. The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots). These services shall fall into five ‘Lots’ reflecting the area of support needed for the business. Thirteen seek to appoint up to five contractors per lot, on an ‘as required basis’ to support and supplement the in-house team in their day to day works and out of hours emergencies. Foundations Groundworks Fencing and Gates Drainage Brickwork Masonry Roofing Carpentry and Joinery Plasterwork and other finishes Wall and floor tiles and sheet finishes Painting and decorating Cleaning and clearance Plumbing Disabled Adaptations and Minor Works Specialist Treatments Energy Efficiency Appliances and Components. Electrical repairs, electrical periodic checks, electrical rewires.
