The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) to build a Single storey rear extension to Hesa Road, Hayes, UB3 2DP. (the Works) Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the JCT MW 2016 which will be Signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works.
