Tender description

The Council is looking for a team to work with FHDC to prepare a detailed masterplan for phase 1a of Otterpool Park garden town, some 1000 homes, and including the town centre, commercial development and station. This work, along with a suite of other documents, will both guide all future developers and operators on the site and meet the requirements of conditions to the planning application set by the local planning authority (LPA) prior to reserved matters being submitted.
