Tender description

It is BE’s intention to establish a qualification panel of potential suppliers for each of lot 1, lot 2, lot 3 and lot 4 (the ‘Qualification Panels’ or ‘Panels’) which it is intended will be maintained for a period of five (5) years from the date of establishment (the ‘Term’), unless terminated earlier by BE. Lot 1: Purchase of two axle coaches; Lot 2: Lease of two axle coaches; Lot 3: Purchase of tri-axle coaches; and Lot 4: Lease of tri-axle coaches. This contract award notice relates to purchase of 30 expressway vehicles that were awarded under this qualification panel for lot 1.
