Building Services (M&E) engineering services for additional accommodation at Seamount College, Kinvara, Co. Galway. Seamount College is a voluntary co-educational secondary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Galway. This project is phase 2 of a two-phase project. Phase 1 is currently at design stage and comprises: a home economics room, a staff room, four general classrooms and toilets. This phase 2 project: please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: — six x general classrooms 58 m2 each, — one x technology room 149 m2, — one x technology prep area 58.6 m2, — one x home economics room 119 m2, — one x arts and crafts room 119 m2, — one x science lab 88.6 m2, — one x science prep area 38.5 m2, — student and staff toilets 27 m2, — locker space 43.2 m2, — giving a gross floor area (including circulation, staircase and partitions of 1 331.9 m2.
