HPBC Leisure Centres Management & Operating Contract

Tender description

High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Leisure operator to deliver leisure services and activities at the Council's Leisure sites to the local and extended communities. We are inviting proposals through an Open tender procedure compliant under Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, to secure a five year contract for this service. In addition to the operation of the Leisure centres, there will be a requirement for the operator to lead on capital works projects at the various sites and some grounds maintenance responsibilities at extended recreational sites. The Council owns four Leisure sites across High Peak; • Buxton Swimming & Fitness Centre , St John's Road, Buxton, SK17 6BE • Glossop Leisure Centre, High Street East, Glossop, SK13 8PN • Glossop Swimming Pool, Dinting Road, Glossop, SK13 7DS • New Mills Leisure Centre, Hyde Bank Road, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4BP The Facilities across the locations, host a mixture of activities and fixed equipment including for example; Sports Hall multi-use, Swimming pools, Fitness Suites, Dance Studios, Squash Courts, outdoor hard Courts, Athletics and Cycle Track and Grass pitches.
