Frameworks for the Provision of Recruitment Services to Ervia Irish Water, Gas Networks Ireland and their subsidiaries

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish multi-supplier framework agreements for the provision of Recruitment Services across Ervia, Irish Water, Gas Networks and their subsidiaries It is the intention to appoint service providers to support the delivery of these requirements in the four areas referenced below, each of which will constitute a separate Lot as set out below and in more detail in Appendix 3: • Lot 1 General Recruitment The scope of this Lot is to cover recruitment services for general management, permanent, fixed term contingency, agency and temp. This will include but not be limited to admin level roles to meet the demands of the Contracting Entity for a broad range of staff • Lot 2 Executive Recruitment The scope of this Lot is to provide for niche requirements in the area of executive recruitment services • Lot 3 Technical Recruitment The scope of this Lot is to provide for niche requirements in the area of technical recruitment services Please see Appendix 3, attached, for further details on the scope of each of the Lots listed above All Lots (Lots 1, 2 & 3) will be set up as multi- party frameworks with service providers appointed to a Framework for use by Framework Users. Immediately upon conclusion of these multi-party frameworks, separate Contracts will be put in place between the relevant Framework Users and the successful service providers for each of the respective Lots.
