Tender description

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is advertising an opportunity to submit proposals for one or two research projects. The projects are looking at the effectiveness of the thee different public sector gender pay gap duties in England, Scotland and Wales and exploring listed bodies' good practice in identifying and taking action to close gender pay gaps in Scotland. The findings will allow the Commission to develop impactful resources and interventions to support listed bodies to take action to close the gender pay gap. It will also inform our policy influencing with UK, Scottish and Welsh Governments to strengthen PSED.
