Seamount College is a voluntary co-educational secondary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Galway This project is Phase 2 of a two-phase project. Phase 1 is currently at Design Stage and comprises: 1 Home Economics room, a staff room, 4 general classrooms and toilets. This Phase 2 project: Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: 6 x General Classrooms 58 m2 each 1 x Technology Room 149 m2 1 x Technology Prep Area 58.6 m2 1 x Home Economics Room 119 m2 1 x Arts & Crafts Room 119 m2 1 x Science Lab 88.6 m2 1 x Science Prep Area 38.5 m2 Student & Staff Toilets 27 m2 Locker Space 43.2 m2 • Giving a Gross Floor Area (including circulation, staircase and partitions of 1331.9 m2 and also • Removal of Prefabs • Connection between Phase 1 and Phase 2
