Derry City and Strabane District Council invites applications from suitably experienced and qualified contractor/s for the provision of a healthcare cash plan and employee assistance programme services across the city and district. Provide an employee healthcare cash plan, to include optician, dental, MRI, CT and PET scanning etc. The plan must include the following range of benefits as a minimum: — dental and dental trauma — optical — chiropody — diagnostic consultations — GP/Specialists, etc. — therapy Treatments to include: (a) Physiotherapy; (b) Acupuncture; (c) Chiropractic; (d) Homeopathy; (e) Osteopathy. This list is for illustration purposes and is not exhaustive. Employee assistance programme services to provide staff with free access, 24/7, 365 days per year, to confidential advice on the phone and on-line. To provide staff support where required through face to face counselling.
