Tender description

The University is publishing this notice in order to assist in market research being undertaken into the provision of creative design services to be used across the University's campus. The current strategy suggests that the scope shall include but not be limited to the undernoted: — development of digital and print campaign strategies for University projects, — development of new brand guidelines in collaboration with the University, — support in the delivery of University advertising and marketing campaigns. The purpose of this notice is to seek expressions of interest and/or engage in early market consultation for the provision of creative design services for the University of Strathclyde Tender. The procurement will provide the high quality, collaborative support and resources required, to engage with specified markets and target audiences through the most appropriate marketing channels. Communication objectives to consider: — clearly articulated project information aligned to the University's brand — attractive communications that engage with the University's key markets — delivery of campaigns that differentiate the University in new and existing markets. Creative considerations: — strategic and insight led campaign design — impact solution, a powerful creative statement of intent — dynamic visual impact, effective across media platforms — photographic/Illustrative guidance - commissioned/stock/library — in-built development potential — competent, compelling, standalone typography with considered hierarchy and use.
