The fundamental purpose of the Service is to enable customers with communication difficulties to have their voice heard, have support to resolve issues impacting on their wellbeing and to engage in group activity which facilitates a reduction in loneliness , promotes friendship opportunities, improves self-esteem, self-confidence and wellbeing
