This accreditation process is for the provision of Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Services to eligible Wirral adults (aged 16 years and above) following referral by participating Wirral GP practices.. The objectives of this procurement exercise are to: • Achieve a consistent level of high-quality Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Services in a variety of settings • Provide choice of provider, setting and approach to achieve outcomes to suit the needs of the individual client • Achieve care closer to home; there needs to be client choice of, and access to, a range of services • Achieve improved health outcomes for clients • Achieve good patient experience and satisfaction
