Lay fines blinding to falls and cross falls. 6. Lay 60 mm finish of dense bitumen macadam to falls and cross falls. Note: All surfacing is to comply with IS EN 13108-1 Asphaltic Concrete, NSAI’s Standard Recommendation (SR) 28, IS EN 13108-20: Type Testing, IS EN13108-21: Factory Production Control.
