Via East Midlands Ltd (VIA) wishes to review the market to canvass external providers for the provision of a frontline timesheet mobile application. VIA requires a mobile application that will help record and manage our front line time sheets and includes tracking and analysis. The application will include other aspects of functionality that integrates with Via East Midlands Ltd core systems. Via East Midlands Ltd (VIA) wishes to review the market to canvass external providers for the provision of a frontline timesheet mobile application. The frontline mobile application will provide real time information and have the functionality to: • work on android smartphones and through personal computers, • used by a minimum 200-250 application users and 40 managers, • records the start/end times for each shift, part shift, and overtime period, • total time worked can be allocated out to individual contract codes, • senior Managers can manage approvals and monitor staff that are booked on-shift/off- shift and staff on leave, • ability to monitor worked hours in line with the working time directive, • includes a workflow process for approving leave and highlighting approvals that are still with seniors managers, • confirms and highlights timesheets that have not been approved, • fully integrates with Via East Midlands Ltd Finance (Summit) and Human Resources (Saleforce) core systems, • central report suite that can be used by VIA’s Finance team to assign and process pay and time allocations to specific jobs, • collects information on Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAV's) equipment use and signed documentation.
