School cleaning services

Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Southport Learning Trust at the following schools: • Greenbank High School, • Stanley High School, • Kew Woods Primary School, • Maghull High School. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Southport Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust currently consisting of three academies all located in the Southport area of North West England. There are two high schools and one primary school. Maghull High School is due to join the Trust in September 2020. • Greenbank High School ~ 1012 pupils, • Stanley High School ~ 608 pupils, • Kew Woods Primary School ~ 428 pupils, • Maghull High School ~ 1349 pupils. The Trust is looking for a cleaning provider who is experienced in providing cleaning services to the education sector. The successful Supplier will be expected to uphold high cleaning standards, demonstrate a strong commitment to monitoring standards and providing a high level of contract support. Please note there will be some employees in the local government pension scheme, therefore admitted body status will be expected. Contract value = GBP 398 000 per annum approx. across the four schools.
