Proposals from Tenderers are being sought to supply and deliver Sustainable Loose furniture appropriate the school environment to Gaelscoil Chluain Meala, An Baile Gaelach, Cluain Meala, Co Thiobraid Árann. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider to each Lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. The School requires a high quality, timely, flexible and responsive service for the draw-down of the goods over a short period with agreed timelines for delivery of goods with the successful tenderer(s). Gaelscoil Chluain Meala, An Baile Gaelach, Cluain Meala, Co Thiobraid Árann is a co-educational vertical school and when fully built will have 16 mainstream classrooms, 1 library, 7 resource rooms, a Multi-Purpose Room, along with an Admin Principal’s Office and secretarial office. The school has a pupil population of 210 at present. Phase One with eight classrooms and GP room, one resource room and Principal’s Office ad secretary’s office will be completed by the main contractors in June 2020 and intends to be ready to open on 22nd June 2020. All furniture in the Lot(s) must be available and in place in June 2020, as of time of writing. This may be subject to change due to health and safety for suppliers, staff, due to Covid-19.
