The objective if this tender is to appoint a Contractor who will: — provide strategic public affairs advice and support; — keep abreast of political developments in Education (Scotland and UK) to advise on a possible response/positive action; — monitor and report on political intelligence in particular on the activities of Holyrood, Parliament, Whitehall and other relevant bodies and organisations; — offer an extensive personal and private range of political (national, UK and international) and media contacts.
