Provision of Session Replay Software

An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Visitor recording and session replay software for improved User Experience (UX) and Conversion rate optimisation (CRO). As part of a newly formed Digital performance team, An Post is looking to introduce this session replay software in main for our AnPost.com. This tool will provide a huge insight into the key pain points experienced by customers on AnPost online journeys. It will focus our efforts on improving the online experience and in turn maximize conversion across the site. The main areas/features from a software provider required by AnPost are: - It should capture things mouse movements, clicks, typing, scrolling, swiping, tapping, etc. and provide aggregated heatmaps - Integrate with Google Analytics (&Tag management tools) - Provide funnel analysis & form analysis on ecommerce journeys - Provide in-page/link analysis - The ability to mask within the software personally identifiable data of users - Have some level of AI to automatically highlight struggle points for customers - Data collected in the software must be GDPR compliant and stored within the EEA/EU - Ability to record a sample and/or all user interactions on our websites - Ability to do track user journey across two domains (e.g AnPost.com to AnPost.ie)
