Multi- Party Framework Agreement for Suppliers of Street Nameplates for Dublin City Council 2020-2023

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Multi- Party Framework Agreement for three years approximately to May 2023 for the supply of Street Nameplates. Please refer to the Specification and Pricing Schedule. The City Council is unable to state the quantity of any product that will be required for the duration of this framework but on average annually €67k including VAT was spent on Street Nameplates. No volume of orders is guaranteed over the lifetime of the framework. The tenderer(s) who has submitted a responsive tender and have passed the selection criteria, Requirement for Specification and have submitted Pricing Schedule will be considered for admission to the Framework for Nameplates. The appointment to the Framework Agreement will be based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The 12 Most Economically Advantageous Tenders will be admitted to the Framework Agreement. 12 is the maximum number of economic operators that will be admitted to the Framework. If fewer than 12 tenderers have successful qualified then DCC may continue to operate the framework with fewer operators.
