Tender description

Barnsley Council is looking to set up a framework agreement across 7 Lots with up to 15 suppliers per lot, with organisations, companies, and freelancers who will work in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing team to deliver high quality, innovative, creative and value for money design, video and animation. Organisations, companies, and freelancers will be commissioned by the communications and marketing team to undertake activities that deliver the services required by business units across the Council. Graphic design and video service include (but not limited to): — adverts (press and magazine) — booklets/brochures — document covers/style guides — diagrams/charts/graphs/infographics — direct marketing (leaflets and flyers) — event/exhibition Dwork (posters/banners/displays) — folders/conference packs/binders — newsletters — video — animation — promotional items — signage — stationery — templates. Organisations, companies, and freelancers are welcome to tender for the framework if they provide graphic design, video or animation services individually or collectively. Graphic Design Works (posters, leaflets, social media, strategies etc.) Campaign Concept Design (client meetings, production of concept, delivery of concept). All Graphic Design and Concept Design Work (delivery of all options under Lot 1 and Lot 2). Video and Animation Services Video and Animation Services and Graphic Design Work (delivery of all options under Lot 1 and Lot 4). Video and Animation Services and Concept Design Work (delivery of all options under Lot 2 and Lot 4). All Options (delivery of all options in Lots 1, 2 and 4).
