Tender description

Metrolink will provide a high speed, high capacity, high frequency, modern and efficient public transport service for people travelling along the Swords/Airport to City Centre corridor in Dublin. As part of the ongoing delivery planning for MetroLink, TII wishes to obtain feedback from companies that may be interested in providing a range of client advice and support services to TII including: • Delivery Planning and Integration • Procurement & Commercial • Programme Management & Controls • Public Private Partnerships (PPP) • Construction Contract Management TII’s preference is to develop and procure two services contracts to deliver its requirements: a Client Partner (CP) and a Project Delivery Partner (PDP). These are proposed to be procured at different times and will have different roles. Finalisation of the proposed approach is subject to market feedback. This preliminary market consultation will allow TII to gather market views including, capacity, capability, and appetite and other feedback relating to proposed for client support services contracts.
