Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Wrexham County Borough Council (The Collaborative) is seeking to tender for 4 contracts to deliver the same hosted software application in each county, ideally, to support the implementation of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018.
