Direct award of community phlebotomy services for West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (Contracting Authority). The Contracting Authority’s commissioning intention is to award directly to Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Hampshire Healthcare, Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network, and Tri-Locality Network. The value of the contract is based on a 3-year award, with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. An accessible and convenient community phlebotomy service has been established across West Hampshire. Patients have retained the choice of accessing phlebotomy services in the community or in outpatient clinics within hospitals. An appropriate combination of both urgent and routine appointments are available during the working week, and on Saturdays meeting the needs of the local population. The Contracting Authority’s commissioning intention is to award directly to Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Hampshire Healthcare, Eastleigh Southern Parishes Network, and Tri-Locality Network.
