Tender description

Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will require qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the provision of a PA Payroll and Managed Bank Account (MBA) direct payment service. We will require Payroll/MBA Service that will support and enable current and potential direct payments recipients, who employ personal assistant(s). The service will consist of three elements: payroll, payroll calculation process only service and managed bank account. The service will achieve the following service outcomes: Individuals have a care and support plan in place, operating effectively within the agreed budget and individuals are making payments for solutions identified in care and support plans in a timely, efficient and person-centred way .The services will support the Councils strategy to increase the numbers of people with a personal budget and the third sector. Contract value: GBP 3.5 m – top estimate. Length of contract: 5 years, 24 months extension. Restricted procedure.
