Hastings Town Deal - Community & Stakeholder Engagement Programme

Tender description

Hastings Borough Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to design and deliver a programme of creative engagement with our community in Hastings. The results of which will help to develop and shape the Town Deal Investment Plan. The primary task is to develop and deliver a comprehensive consultation and engagement programme with our residents (including those living in our most deprived neighbourhoods), business and key stakeholders to help shape and influence the Town Fund Investment Plan and the Town Deal. The appointed organisation needs to work with the council and Town Deal board to build trust with our community to ensure that their voice has been heard and they feel part of developing the solutions and interventions that will form part of our investment plan. This needs to be balanced against ensuring the investment plan responds to both the immediate and long-term evidence-based challenges we have, all within the confines of the thematic areas listed within the prospectus.
