Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to help set up the Tunbridge Wells Cultural Compact, our strategic partnership for culture. The appointed consultants will work with us to undertake research, engagement and business planning for the Compact in order to set the future direction for culture in Tunbridge Wells. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Tuesday 17th March 2020 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Thursday 2nd April 2020 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Thursday 9th April 2020 Evaluation: w/c Monday 13th April 2020 Interviews: Thursday 23rd & Friday 24th April 2020* – Times to be agreed Appointment of contractor: w/c Monday 27th April 2020** *Provisional dates. Interviews may be moved or conducted via Skype depending on Government advice regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. **Appointment of the contractor is provisionally scheduled for this date, but if interviews are moved to a different date this will be moved accordingly.
