Tender description

TEO — SIB AMU framework for the provision of a range of consultancy advisory services throughout Northern Ireland including: the consultancy commission is expected to cover the following disciplines: • planning appraisal reports; • handling of pre-application discussions (PAD) process; • community consultation strategies; • advice on site access limitations, the effect on development potential and how to mitigate the need for third party land and sightlines; • advice on the resource requirements, technical inputs, timescales and costs necessary to support the preparation of individual planning applications; • concept scheme designs suitable for outline planning applications; • ad-hoc planning advice.
