Tender description

The Contracting Authority invites tender submissions in response to this Request for Tenders (“Tender Submissions”) from suitably qualified economic operators to conduct a study and develop and prepare a proposal (“the Study”) for tourism and recreation in relation to the Ulster Canal at Clones Project. It is anticipated that the Study should set out a vision and plan for maximising the potential of the completed Ulster Canal at Clones Project; set out the priorities for delivering quality visitor experiences recognising key visitor trends, challenges and opportunities; and identify opportunities which would act as catalysts to attract visitors, thereby delivering economic, health & well-being, and community benefits. The contract term is estimated as being for an initial 3-month period and it is intended to commence in late April 2020.
