Tender description

Hawk’s Well Theatre, Sligo is a 340 seat theatre in Sligo, North West Ireland. The works proposed will see the installation of a full set of 340 new theatre seats as per the attached schedule. The seating will be supplied and fitted in auditorium of the facility. The Tenderer should allow for all costs associated with working safely in the existing environment and should only tender on the basis of being qualified for best practice of all relevant Health & Safety Regulations suitable for this kind of project. All tenders should take into account the specific installation schedule before submitting a tender – specifically installation shall begin on Tuesday 18th August 2020 with all works to be completed and site cleared by Saturday 22nd August 2020. Given the specialised nature of the work, the site inspection is vital to allow for all costs to have been included in any successful tender. Whilst the tender will be evaluated using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) criteria, the lowest price tender will equate to 50% of the overall scoring. A condition of validity will be the conduction of a detailed site inspection to ensure that all aspects of the installation works have been accounted for along with the quality of the product meeting the standards set out in the specification.
