Tender description

This is a soft market testing exercise that seeks input from the market to establish the most effective and attractive way of contracting for a specification writing service for the City of London Corporation. We are seeking to invite suitable service providers to respond to this questionnaire and, where clarification is required, conduct a short phone meeting for an informal exchange of ideas. The City of London is, by way of soft market testing, seeking to engage with businesses that have the experience and ability to write contract specifications for FM services, construction & property services and corporate resources. This is with a view to establishing market interest in this opportunity and key areas for consideration in formulating the specification, leading to the selection of a services provider through UK public contract regulations and compliant procurement.
