Southport Events 2020 - Traffic Management & Signage

Sefton Council’s Tourism Department is responsible for arranging events for the Southport area which includes the Southport Food & Drink Festival, Southport Air Show and the British Musical Fireworks Championships each year. They are hugely popular events that are well attended. We are looking for a suitable organisation that can supply Traffic Management & Signage for all 3 upcoming events. Specification (Subject to Change) The Southport Food & Drink Festival – 29th, 30th & 31st May 2020 Signage must be in place from 27th May until 1st June 2020 30 x Static event directional signage (some event specific) The Southport Air Show – 12th & 13th September 2020 Some signage must be in place from 1st September 2020 174 x Event road traffic signage (some event specific) 200 x Cones Traffic management staff on site during the 3 days of the event The British Musical Fireworks Championship – 25th, 26th & 27th September 2020 Some signage must be in place from 23rd September 2020 100 x Event road traffic signage (some event specific) Traffic management staff during the 3 evenings of the event Chosen supplier must work alongside event managers and traffic manager during all events.
