South Worcestershire Playing Pitch and a Built Facility Strategy 2020-2041

Tender description

The South Worcestershire Councils (Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council) wish to jointly appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to develop a Playing Pitch Strategy and a Built Facility Strategy on its behalf. The strategies must cover the period 2020-2041 and will provide a key piece of evidence to support the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (SWDPR). Please refer to the procurement documents for further information. The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website (there is no charge for this). Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents. Any clarification queries must be sent via the portal and clarification responses will also be issued via the portal.
