Tender description

The College of Policing has a need to replace an existing CRM solution and IT service management tool. We would also like to explore solutions that provide facilities management and business administrative functions. The College of Policing is holding a market engagement event on the 24th March 13.00. The purpose of the event is to share with the Market the College of Policings ‘As is’ state in relation to CRM, ITSM and other areas such as FM and business administration and to seek input on: — the draft specification; — the routes to market that we can take; — how we package the requirement to obtain best value for money (i.e turnkey, indentify system and then procure delivery services, split into lots); — alternative solutions or approaches; — anything else we should consider before approaching the market. The session will last approximately three hours and will be held at our Harrogate offices. Prior to attending a draft of the specification will be issued to all parties who express an interest as well as further joining instructions. Due to limited space we would request that only one representative from each supplier attends the event. The deadline for expressions of interest to attend the event will be Friday 20 March 2020.
