Tender description

Milton Keynes Council requires an operator to manage and maintain the community sports facilities in Fairfields, Milton Keynes, for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 5 years. The Fairfields community sports facilities, which are due to open in September 2020, comprise of a full size artificial grass pitch (AGP) with LED floodlighting and fencing, four natural grass football pitches and a community building with four team changing rooms, two officials changing rooms, an office and a social area.
