The site for the proposed development is located in the town of Crossmolina on the main N59 Road, Ballina Street. The proposed works will involve the demolition of 1no. derelict townhouse on Ballina Street and the construction of 3no. new dwelling units. Accommodation to be provided will include; -1no. Apartment block containing 2no. 1 bed apartments -1no. Two storey 2 bed 4 person townhouse. The Townhouses and Ground Floor Apartment will have secure rear garden area, screen / boundary walls and new utility connections - all in keeping with the original development. Externally new parking spaces will be provided together with all new public utility connections to each unit.
