Tender description

HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, loop recorders, leads and accessories which has a single lot with up to six suppliers who can offer breadth of goods and services detailed in this document. The framework will include: — pacemakers, — implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICDs), — cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices – CRT-P and CRT-D, — loop recorders, — leads, — associated products and accessories, — sterile pockets, — stylets, — lead delivery system, — lead extraction system, — access products, — remote monitoring devices, — contract term. HTE proposes to enter into the framework agreement for a maximum period of 4 years with the successful tenderer (Successful Tenderer), being an initial 2 years period and the option to extend, in HTE’s discretion, by 2 period of 12 months each, after the initial period. This tender will include pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD's), cardiac resynchronisation devices (CRT-P and CRT-D), loop recorders, leads, associated products ans accessories (sterile pockets, stylets, lead delivery system, access products) and Home/remote monitoring devices. Additionally, the contract is expected to include programmers for ongoing device follow up and set up. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI). The terms an conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Click the express interest button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your My PQQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking buyer attachments in the PQQ/ITT details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT.
