Legal Services relating to private equity, seed and venture funds

Tender description

The framework agreement will be established principally to provide legal services with respect to (i) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to funds under a new Seed and Venture Capital (“SVC”) Scheme and to (ii) Enterprise Ireland’s commitment to existing funds under schemes (iii) (iii) Advice in relation to private equity and debt instruments. The framework agreement will be for two (2) years, with the option to extend by periods of one (1), subject to a maximum duration of (4) four years, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
